This is exactly what i was looking for. I searched the internet for this plate and screw combination but could not fine it anywhere. I finally found it on Jaiswal Photo Goods(JPG) and it is a perfect fit for my Sirui carbon fiber monopod. The delivery was quick and the quality of the product is great as well.
