Return and Refund Policy
At Jaiswal Photo Service and Photo Goods, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes issues may arise, which is why we have implemented the following return and refund policy:
1. Eligibility for Return
– Returns are only acceptable for products damaged during transit.
– To be eligible for a return, the consumer must provide an unboxing video of the damaged product upon receiving it. Any sealed removed before making the unboxing video will not be entertained.
2. Quality Issues and Testing
– Only at the time of unboxing, the consumer must make a testing video of the product.
– If the product is found to be non-functional or defective upon testing, a return will be acceptable. Quality issues unrelated to transit damage will not be entertained.
3. Return Process
– Consumers are required to contact us within 3 days of receiving the damaged product to initiate the return process.
– Upon approval of the return request, consumers must return the damaged product along with the unboxing and testing videos.
4. Verification Process
– Return and refund will only be processed after the verification of the unboxing and testing videos, along with the returned product.
– We also maintain a packing video of the items we send, ensuring verification of the product’s condition before shipment.
5. Warranty
– For warranty claims, consumers are requested to directly contact the company. Warranty terms and conditions will be provided by the manufacturer.
6. Refund Process
– Refunds will be initiated within 5 to 7 days after receiving the returned product and verifying the unboxing and testing videos.
– A refund will be issued using the original payment method used for the transaction.
7. Exceptions
– For products where the company seal is broken, returns will only be accepted for non-usable functionality complaints or damages.
